Description: sericel issued in 1994 created by warner brothers animation. authorized by steve felton, director of animation art. professionally framed and double-matted with a black inner-mat, white outer-mat, and black metal frame. framing and matting are in new condition, cel was also in excellent shape prior to framing. "special delivery from mars" limited edition sericel #3573/5000. the image was hand-inked onto a master cel from which the serigraphic process created silkscreened lines for this special edition.
